Galerie Raf Van Severen is an established fine art gallery from Antwerp that specializes in modern and contemporary paintings. Built on a strong passion and the constant aim for quality, it’s been possible to gather unique collections over the years. This is backed up by multiple publications, exhibitions and art fairs.

First, the gallery is an expert in figurative art from the first half of the 20th century. Here, the gallery lays its focus on Belgian paintings, from luminism of Emile Claus and fauvism of Rik Wouters, to the Flemish expressionists. Secondly, the gallery has an international abstract collection of the 1950s and 60s. This encompasses art movements as abstraction lyrique, abstract expressionism, and geometric abstraction. The third and final pillar of the gallery, are contemporary paintings by upcoming artists represented by the gallery. Each year, Galerie Raf Van Severen organises solo-exhibitions to present the new works of its artists.
